SHARE PLACING ABOVE MARKET SHARE PRICE
The Company is pleased to announce the placing of 124,000 Ordinary Shares at the targeted above market price of Euro 1.20 per share [approximately 98p]. This has raised Euro 148,800 [approximately £121,000] for further expansion of the Company’s franchise activities.
